Project Donor: Partnership with CARE Afghanistan under a grant made by Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) through Care International (UK).
To promote sustainable return / reintegration of internally displaced Afghans through improved resilience capacity, risk reduction and protection. Focusing on integrated approach reducing negative coping strategies and strengthening the resilience to future shocks.
DHSA as implementing partner of CARE Afghanistan is responsible for:
- Establishment of technical capacity hub;
- Training curriculum development;
- Partners’ training on livelihoods;
- Network establishment and outreach.
